Compliance Assistant  

Job Description:

Reports to the Senior Compliance Assistant / Head of Compliance. The main duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Assisting the Senior Compliance Assistant / Head of Compliance in the daily duties
• Reviewing, commenting on and filing KYC documents of prospective clients
• Conducting risk-rating of existing and prospective clients
• Perform checks on existing and prospective clients / companies
• Conducting transaction monitoring
• Reviewing expiry of KYC documents of existing clients and drafting request letters
• Drafting AML / Compliance / other reports
• Drafting minutes of compliance meetings
• Other ad hoc duties

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree Holder (in Management / Law / Finance)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
